Favorite Cookbook Has Dirty Pages -- Go Figure

I've used this cookbook for the bulk of simple weeknight meals for over a decade. The pages of my favorite recipes are dirty from food, which is gross. Part of me would miss the grunge should I buy a new copy of the book -- this way it's somehow "authentic."
