List of the times
Fake burgers, that is plant-based burgers, have become part of the weekly food rotation. They taste good and support the wisdom that the condiments make the burger.
I'm coming to the realization that I've avoided plant-based meat because soy often upsets my system. Now that new products are using pea protein and other proteins things are changing.
A recent experiment with a vegetarian chorizo for a pasta sauce was not a hit with one kid. I want to find dishes where meat can be swapped out for a plant-based option without a radical decrease in flavor.
The experiments will continue.
