How Long Should I Wait Until I Wash The Toaster Over Tray?

The toaster-oven is the most used and loved kitchen appliance.

In our roles as parents we know that we need cheese, and plenty of it -- usually melted over something. What would we do without the humble toaster-oven?

As a result of high use and veneration our toaster over is often looking like it does in the photo above.

Every time I think about washing the tray I realize I will probably need to use it in a few minutes so I can wait a bit.
